ADMISSION NOTICE

ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24           

   ADMISSION REGULATIONS            

            According to regulations laid down in the Right to Education Act 2009, kindly note the admission             regulations for the classes Pre-Nursery to Class 9.

1. There will be no interview /assessment or interaction with either the parent or the applicant.

AGE 

1. The Birth Certificate issued only by the Government Certified Authorities will be accepted, which                               should be issued within ONE YEAR of the date of birth of the applicant.
2. The Birth Certificate will only be accepted in English or Hindi.
3. The original Birth Certificate must be produced during finalization of admission.
4. In case the Birth Certificate of the applicant has been issued by the ‘Gram Panchayat’, it will be accepted only if it is duly signed and stamped in Form No. 5, 9 by the ‘Panchayat Sewak’ of the concerned Panchayat only.
5. Affidavits or horoscopes will not be accepted.

  PROCEDURE

Mandatory documents to be procured for admission:

• Birth certificate (in English or Hindi)
• Address proof of parent
• Photograph of ward(student). (Taken in the last one month)
• Family photograph of your ward along with parents
• Adhaar card of student (if available)
• Caste certificate (if applying through SC/ST/OBC Category)
• Specially Challenged certificate (if applicable)  

Kindly note that if any document that has been not provided at the time of  admission process, applicant will be disqualified and the admission  will be cancelled.

STEPS FOR PARENTS TO REGISTER:

• Visit the school website https://gyangangaschool.com
• Click on Admission tab.
• You will be redirected to a new page
• Download the admission form.
• Take the printout of downloaded form and fill the information correctly.
• Bring this filled form at the time of the admission.
